A social running club to help you achieve your running goals.
Our club has evolved from a shared passion for parkrun at Westerfolds park. Whether you are starting on your running journey or looking for new running buddies, we are a friendly and supportive group.
We run Tuesdays at Westerfolds Park and have a track session at the Tom Kelly Athletics track in Doncaster Wednesday evenings as well as other organised runs.

We are a community based training group for competitive, recreational and fitness runners. Our training locations are Berwick, Waverley Park, Frankston, Mentone and Lysterfield. Our sessions are designed to help adult runners of all ages and standards improve their running and fitness in a supportive and friendly environment.
All our coaches are accredited by Athletics Victoria (AV) and possess a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
We provide an encouraging environment for all runners with a structured training program and guidance from qualified and experienced coaches. This program is complemented by a series of organised unstructured training runs (weekend long runs). We train for all running events from short course to the Marathon and beyond in road, track and off-road events. Our name reflects our interests in track and trail (T), cross country (X) and road (R) running events.
We have runners of all standards in our group, from complete novices through to more accomplished and experienced runners. We believe that runners of all levels have the right to a structured and coached training program and this shouldn’t be reserved for elite runners. We value effort, hard work, good sportsmanship and believe that all runners deserve an encouraging environment to be able to train in, no matter whether they run for fun, fitness or competition.
