ProFeet Victorian Track & Field Relay Championships

PLEASE NOTE: Only Athletics Victoria athlete members or an equivalent level of membership from another Athletics Australia member association are eligible to compete at Victorian Championship events.
Clubs with participating members will be required to provide volunteer helpers for this event. Duties will be allocated and communicated to clubs once entries close.
Electronic Athlete Name Entry – (Track Events)
Electronic Entry (via Results Hub) will be in use for check -in, change of order and athlete substitution for the track events of these Championships. Instructions for online entry can be found here.
For Field events – Long Jump & Shot Put, paper submission of teams and athlete substitutions will be required. Team Managers will be sent the entry form to fill in and submit as per submission times in the Tech Regs.

Bibs
Current Athletics Victoria bibs are to be worn, on both the front and back of the athlete.
Shot Put & Long Jump Relays
The Competition Technical Regulations for the Track and Field Relay Championships, including the two new field relays – Shot Put & Long Jump are now available above.
Clubs will only be eligible to enter one team per gendered age group to ensure the event can be run within the required timeline, and will consist of 3 athletes.

Open 4x400m Zatopek
The Open Female & Male 4x400m finals will be held at Zatopek on Saturday the 14th of December. Submission dates for Online Check In, Substitution and Change of Running Order will be confirmed in the lead up to Zatopek.
If you have issues entering the event please contact Athletics Victoria PRIOR to the closing date. This can be done via email to sportdelivery@athsvic.org.au. Athletics Victoria will not accept any late entries. Emails received after the closing date will not be accepted.
NOTE: Please be aware that following the closure of entries, AV will publish a provisional timetable which will take the place of the Draft Timetable.
