After the first event, the referee will confirm the time you will need to be at the next event. As is the nature of combined events, the timetabled start time of events throughout the day may vary but will be not earlier the 30 minutes between the conclusion of the previous event and the start of the next event.

Track events

The 100m & 200m events may be conducted on the back straight on Saturday only. This will be decided on the day and athletes will be notified prior to the event. This flexibility is due to the availability of a photo finish camera set up for the HVC meet also being conducted.

All hurdle events for the weekend will only be conducted on the front straight due to the configuration of the hurdle markings on the back straight.

All other track events for the weekend will be finishing on the front straight.
