Returning to Lakeside Stadium, the Victorian All Schools Track & Field Championships will provide competition for secondary aged students (Under 14 – Under 20) across two weekends. Offering a combined opportunity for students from private and public schools alike, the Victorian All Schools Track & Field Championships will see athletes compete against one another in their preferred discipline. Athletes will compete for personal bests, and the opportunity to represent their state at the Australian All Schools Track & Field Championships.

Tickets
The Victorian All Schools Track and Field Championships will be a ticketed event for spectators. One and two-day passes will be available for purchase online; and on-the-day tickets will also be available. These tickets will be available for purchase online from 4pm on Tuesday October 17 to midday November 4.

School & AV Club’s will be assigned various duties to enable the event to run successfully, and will be based off the number of athletes that are competing.

Competition Bibs & Event Check In
When you check in for your first event you will be issued with competition bibs to be worn at each event. THESE BIBS ARE TO BE USED FOR BOTH WEEKENDS. i.e. if you are competing on both weekends, you will not be issued with a new set of bibs on Weekend Two.
Please ensure you check in for your events each day. Check In closes 1 hour before the scheduled start of the event (except Pole Vault which is 90 minutes).
If you have issues entering the event, please contact Athletics Victoria PRIOR to the closing date. This can be done via email to sportdelivery@athsvic.org.au or by phoning the Athletics Victoria office on 7032 8403 (Craig Wallace). Please leave a message explaining the issues you are experiencing. Athletics Victoria will not accept any late entries. Emails received after the closing date will not be accepted.
NOTE: Please be aware that following the closure of entries, AV will publish a provisional timetable which will take the place of the Draft Timetable.

Athletics Australia National Schools Challenge
Athletics Australia recently implemented changes to the format and rules of competition for what was the old Nitro Challenge after re-instating the event. Following this, the selection policy for the Schools Challenge has been changed from previous seasons and ask schools that wish to participate to please be aware of the selection criteria.
Schools wishing to send a team to the National All Schools Challenge MUST nominate their intention to compete by 5pm 24th October 2022 in order to be eligible. Schools MUST notify AV and provide notification on which relevant age division they wish to enter teams in at the National Schools Challenge via https://members.athsvic.org.au/surveys/3704/
