Returning to Lakeside Stadium, the Victorian All Schools Track & Field Championships will provide competition for secondary aged students (Under 14 – Under 20) across two weekends. Offering a combined opportunity for students from private and public schools alike, the Victorian All Schools Track & Field Championships will see athletes compete against one another in their preferred discipline. Athletes will compete for personal bests, and the opportunity to represent their state at the Australian All Schools Track & Field Championships.
Please Note: There are NO progressions to the National All Schools Championships for U20 events.
There is also currently limited Para Events that will be held at National All Schools, currently there will be NO progression to Nationals for the following Para Events: 400m, 1500m & Javelin
Athletes MUST be at least 12 years of age (as of the 31st December 2024) to be eligible to participate in the championships. Due to selection requirements for National All Schools there will be further minimum age entry limitations in the 3000m, Steeplechase & 200m Hurdles events (eligible year of births listed in the event entry portal).
This event is a ticketed event. There will only be one day tickets available for each day of the championship.

Online Check in will open at 5pm on the day prior to the scheduled competition day for all events and will close 60 mins before the scheduled start time of each individual event with the exception of Pole vault which will be 90 mins. Please Note: you do not need to check in again if you progress to a semi final or final. You will just need to be at the call room no later than the listed call room time.

The Warmup area at Lakeside is currently undergoing an upgrade of the throwing grass area and will be closed for the two weekends of this Championship.
We will be permitting athletes to warm up on sections of the track prior to their events and before they need to go to the call room.

8.00am – 4:00pm – Back Straight (lanes 5-8 only)
4:00pm – End – Water jump to 80m (dependent on pole vault)

10:00am – 10:40am – Hurdles warm up near 100m/200m startlines (outside lane 8)
10:50am – 3:45pm – Back straight (lanes 5-8 only)

There will be no throws warm up area inside Lakeside stadium. We will endeavour to allow extra warm up throws when athletes are at their event site where time permits for each event.
