IAAF Kids’ Athletics Master Class with Active Aths Youth program

Athletics Australia is hosting a free professional development session for all accredited IAAF Kids’ Athletics (Sporting Schools) coaches.
This session will deliver an IAAF Kids’ Athletics Master Class, discussing ideas and examples to assist coaches to effectively deliver the program in the Primary School environment. Additionally, the session will introduce the newly developed Active Aths program for Secondary Schools. The Australian Sports Commission’s Youth Participation Program will engage targeted Secondary Schools from Term 4 2017 and Active Aths will be the Athletics program offered to these schools.
Attendance at this session will provide Active Aths accreditation to coaches, enabling employment within the Secondary School space.
