2015 Australian All Schools Track & Field Championships

EVENT DETAILS
Friday: 4:45pm – 8:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 7:10pm (some events will be run during the Zatopek:10)
Sunday: 8:55am – 4:00pm
Location: Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park
Tickets: Available at the gate. Including entry to the Zatopek:10
Friday 4 – FREE ENTRY
Saturday 5 – ADULT: $12. CONCESSION: $8.
Sunday 6 – ADULT: $12. CONCESSION: $8.
Weekend pass – ADULT: $20. CONCESSION: $12
ATHLETE CHECK IN:
All Athletes are considered checked-in, so there is no requirement to go to a TIC. Athletes however much sign in with AV Team Management to collect competition bibs and entry passes.
SCRATCHING:
It is an expectation that no athletes will scratch from their events. As we are unable to replace you with another athlete at this stage, your withdrawal means a fellow Victorian will have missed an opportunity to compete in their home state.
VICTORIAN UNIFORM:
All athletes must wear the Star Athletics Big V uniform. It is expected that athletes are wearing the Victorian training T’s whilst in warm up and waiting in call room and for medal presentations.
AV TEAM PHOTOS:
Athletics Victoria hope to get photos of every individual Victorian athlete and their coaches whilst at the Championships. We would love to see the athlete wearing Victorian uniform and competition ‘Name Bib’ with their coach, if athletes are lucky enough to win a medal at the Championships please also wear the medal in the photo.
OFFICIAL TEAM PHOTOS:
There will be two group photos taken with both of these times providing the opportunity to have individual portraits taken. Unfortunately athletes head shots can NOT be photo shopped into the team photos. Athletes are to be photographed in their Big V training T (long or short sleeve) and competition bottoms. Please return your order forms to the Sports in Focus staff, NOT AV Team Management.
FRIDAY: Meet at 3.15pm for 3:30pm individual photos & 4:00pm group photo
SUNDAY: Meet at 3:00pm for 3:15pm individual photos & 3:45pm group photo
