The 2024 Australian Half Marathon Championship will be conducted on Sunday 11th August 2024 at Alexandra Headlands Surf Club, Sunshine Coast, Queensland – which forms part of the Sunshine Coast Marathon.
Athletics Victoria can select up to six (6) male and six (6) female representatives with the top three finishers in each team scoring points towards their state team result. The first three eligible men and women to finish the Half Marathon will be presented with Australian Championship medals. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will also be presented in the men’s and women’s teams’ competition.
The Victorian team will be selected from athletes who fulfil both the eligibility and qualification criteria listed in the policy below.
