The Benalla Running Group aims to provide a recreational running group for everyone. Benalla Running Group caters for all ages and physical abilities.
In 2024, Benalla Running Group are affiliating with Athletics Victoria as a Recreational Running Club. This enables our members peace of mind while participating and ensures that they are safe while enjoying their running.
Our members, socially run together and have an age range of early-20s to mid-70s. The demographics within the group connects many different parts of our community, promotes a healthy lifestyle, promotes positive mental health and a medium to meet new people.
