Club Fee Changes
Clubs will have an opportunity to review Club fees based on the changes to the 20/21 Season and will have until 22nd October 2020 to advise of any changes.
Please factor in that any changes to your Club Fees may affect members who have already paid their Membership fees. As AV has already paid out all Club Fees received up until 30th September 2020, Clubs will need to contact their members directly and arrange a refund and/or discuss options directly.

Return to Competition Update from Ross Cunningham 5th Nov 2020
Following the update from the Victorian Government and advice received from DHHS and Sport and Recreation Victoria, there are some important changes to our original proposed calendar.
The original plan was to stage an event on Friday 13th November as part of our Friday Night Athletics at Lakeside. However, due to the restrictions relating to groups of 10 and no mixing/crossovers of those groups, we have had to adjust the format of this event. There will no longer be an event held at Lakeside on that evening. However, we have engaged the AVSL Committee and Club contacts to investigate providing opportunities on the evening of Friday 13th November to assist in extending opportunities to participants.
Further information and details will be provided to members in due course. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email firstname.lastname@example.org
Regional Clubs/Groups – Want to Run Your Own Competition?
We certainly advocate for the development of Regional XCR/Cross Country events (in line with COVID-Safe practices/Victorian Roadmap steps) – and would be happy to provide specific guidance on how to set up such events.
We are always keen to include regional venues within our winter XCR season which has seen us run competitions within Geelong and Ballarat over the past few years.
Please get in touch with our Sport Delivery team on email@example.com for information and sign off from our team.
