PLEASE NOTE: Only Athletics Victoria athlete members are eligible to compete at the Victorian Relay Championships. Clubs are expected to enter teams, individuals are encouraged to contact their club to register their interest in competing.
*PLEASE NOTE: Start Lists for Field Events will show three athletes per club entered (As this will be printed to allow us to prepare the field sheets prior to team submissions)
Clubs with participating members will be required to provide volunteer helpers for this event. Duties will be allocated and communicated to clubs once entries close.
Electronic Athlete Name Entry – (Track Events)
Electronic Entry (via Results Hub) will be in use for check -in, change of order and athlete substitution for TRACK EVENTS ONLY for these Championships. Instructions for online entry can be found here.
For Field events – Long Jump & Shot Put, paper submission of teams and athlete substitutions is be required. Team Managers can download the team sheet here, but will be sent the entry form to fill in and submit as per submission times in the Technical Regulations.
Bibs
Current Athletics Victoria bibs are to be worn, on both the front and back of the athlete.
ProFeet Podiatry on site
Athletics Victoria’s generous sponsor, ProFeet Podiatry, will be on site on Saturday and Sunday from approximately 11:30am each day to provide specialist support to athletes.
Services for the day will include:
Strapping
Foot and ankle mobilisation and manipulation
Pre and post-event massage
Injury questions and management (lower limb)
Normatec Compression Boots
This service is free to Athletics Victoria competitors – all are welcome.
Shot Put & Long Jump Relays
The Competition Technical Regulations for the Track and Field Relay Championships, including the two field relays – Shot Put & Long Jump are now available.
Regarding the Field events, clubs will only be eligible to enter one team per gendered age group to ensure the event can be run within the required timeline, and will consist of 3 athletes.

If you have issues entering the event please contact Athletics Victoria PRIOR to the closing date. This can be done via email to sportdelivery@athsvic.org.au. Athletics Victoria will not accept any late entries. Emails received after the closing date will not be accepted.
