Victorian Masters Track & Field Championships

Date: Saturday 19th – Sunday 20th March 2022

The Victorian Masters Track & Field Championships provide athletes aged 30 plus the opportunity to come together and compete in a state-level competition. Athletes will compete in five year age groups (30- 34, 35-39, 40-44, etc.) across the weekend.

Club Helpers: Clubs with participating members will be required to provide volunteer helpers for this event. Duties will be allocated and communicated to clubs once entries close.

Additional Information: Only Victorian Masters registered athletes, Athletics Victoria athlete members, or an equivalent level of membership from another Athletics Australia member association are eligible to compete at Victorian Championship events.

Athlete Check-In & Bib Collection

Check in and Bib Collection will be located on the decking at the rear of the Main Stadium on the front straight.

Athletes will only be required to check in for the following track events: 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m and all hurdles. Athletes must check in no later than 60 minutes prior to the start time of the event they have entered and sign in. Athletes need to have their name and full entry highlighted. If you are late, and we have not received communication via 0447 202 160, you will be scratched from the event

There is NO check in for all other track events and all field events, athletes are to marshal directly at the event site 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

Please ensure you collect your Bibs prior to marshalling at your event.

BIB COLOURS: All Bibs are colour coded by Age group to provide quick & easy identification of and easier identification of competitors from a distance. A competitor’s age group is indicated by the first 2 digits of the competition number, as well as the background colour

If you have issues entering the event please contact Athletics Victoria PRIOR to the closing date. This can be done via email to sportdelivery@athsvic.org.au. Athletics Victoria will not accept any late entries. Emails received after the closing date will not be accepted.

NOTE: Please be aware that following the closure of entries, AV will publish a provisional timetable which will take the place of the Draft Timetable.
