Welcome to the third running of the 5K Frenzy, an event not to be missed by athletes and spectators alike. The event will again be held at Bendigo Regional Athletics Complex, Flora Hill, Retreat Road, Bendigo starting at 5pm on Friday 9th February 2024.
A series of seeded races throughout the evening will culminate in an after-dark extravaganza, with the running of our elite men and women.
Athletes must be over 12 to run the 5 Km.
From recreational runners through to Australian representatives, from athletics lovers through to families just looking for a nice summer evening: the 5K Frenzy is an event not to be missed.
