AV Annual General Meetings

2018 Annual General Meeting – Wednesday 25th July 2018

Reminder delegate names are to be provided by 5.00pm Monday 23rd July 2018 to be eligible to attend the AGM.

AGM ELECTION & Voting (ONLINE VOTING Available for CLUBS not able to attend)

Voting will be conducted at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 25th July 2018.

For CLUBS who are unable to attend the AGM but still want to cast a vote, AV has set up a secure ONLINE voting platform (via Surveymonkey). To vote online please provide an email address to glenn@athsvic.org.au  where we will email you the link to VOTE.  The online voting option will remain open until 3.00pm Wednesday 25th July 2018.

ANNUAL INSURANCE Declaration

Clubs will be asked to either complete or provide the Annual Insurance Declaration form at the AGM or via email.  Please download the declaration form HERE or you can download it from the ABOUT page on the AV Website.  Please complete the form and either bring it to the AGM or email it to glenn@athsvic.org.au

The AGM will commence at 7.00pm via the link on the AV homepage.

ANNUAL REPORT available online Monday 23rd July 2018 after 6.00pm

The Annual Report is being finalised and will be available to download from the AV website this Monday. Clubs attending the AGM will be provided with a printed copy.

INFORMATION ON NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE OF ATHLETICS VICTORIA

There are three positions available on the Committee of Athletics Victoria  in 2018 and seven (7) nominations have been received.

An election will take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 25th July 2018.

Clubs will have the following number of votes to cast at the AGM  (AGM CLUB VOTES )and will be provided with voting slips when they register. * The number of votes each affiliated Club can cast is determined by the number of club members as at the 31st March 2018.

About Us

Athletics Victoria is the governing body for athletics in Victoria, with more than 60 affiliated clubs across the state. We boast close to 6,000 registered athletes, officials and coaches, and conduct competitions and events for athletes over 12 years and of all abilities.

Athletics Victoria is a Member Association of Athletics Australia, and works closely with Little Athletics Victoria, the Victorian Masters Association, the Victorian Athletic League and Victorian secondary schools.
